Trey Yingst: There are historic efforts underway to try to reach an agreement between Israel and their neighbor to the north. Where do things stand in those negotiations?

Marco Rubio: It’s a very unique ceasefire because Lebanon and Israel are not at war. Israel’s problem is with Hezbollah. Unfortunately, Hezbollah happens to be inside of Lebanon and conducting attacks against Israel.
