Controversial Al Sharpton ‘Gets MSNBC TV Show’

He’s the controversial civil rights campaigner whose colourful past includes accusations of bigotry, racism and anti-Semitism. Now cable news network MSNBC is reportedly handing Reverend Al Sharpton the 6pm primetime slot in a move bound to cause a storm.

Rev Sharpton, 56, has been guest hosting the slot for three weeks, after radio host Cenk Uygur had a six-month try-out that failed.

The former Democratic presidential candidate is set to become the only black host of a U.S. primetime cable news show.

  1. Al Sharpton (ym”sh) incited riots against Yidden in Crown Heights, and was behind the burning down of a Jewish-owned store in Harlem.

He is a despicable human being who belongs in the psycho ward, not on TV.

  2. Only in America….. can he or she with the biggest mouth get rewarded for their screaming. The man is an old race baiter who now wears a nice suit. Keep him off the airwaves he is a disgrace.

  3. Well he did his typical shakedown so what do you expect? Part one of Da Justice Bruthuhs with Jesse Jackson ym’sh to join soon.

  4. Wow finally got a real job, since obama came from the same resume as community activist is sharpton going to be obama running mate next time around.

  5. A star is born. I predict he’ll be nominated for an Emmy for TV acting. For sure he’s an actor, and a disgusting one at that.

  6. He’s come a long way since the Brawley case when he claimed he had no money to pay a civil suit over his claim that an innocent man assaulted that teenage liar. No he’s going to have money and can no pay.

For a nobody with a big mouth he’s done alright for himself and only himself.
