    i know about 5 couple that are wife ashkenaz and husband sfardi including one that is related to me!! i dont see any difference in their marrage than any other regular couple! as long as you can change you minhagim. (it also depends on how sfardi he really is)

    ya i heard rebbetzin assaf’s is really good but is it realy academic? also do the girls treat it as 13th grade or real seminary? is it at all geared toward outa towners(not tri- state area)

    and what happened to good old yavneh sem in cleveland. there down to a few girls this year while 4 years ago they had 30 and before that they had up to 60 and 70…..I guess now the new sem in NY (v’ata lis) is an alternative. I heard amazing things about it from girls there this year.

    candy613 i totally get what your saying, but i wasnt sugesting that girls shouldnt go to seminary in eretz yisroel i just think that girls shouldnt be preasured to go to eretz yisroel when their parents cant afford, but rather people should actually encourage girls who’s parents cant afford sem in E”y to go to sem in america as apposed to making parents go into debt over sem.
