no connections there. everyone needs a parnasah to raise their children to become ovday hashem, to go to yeshiva, etc.. that doesnt mean he should marry someone who isnt tznius. why would that even pop into your head. most yeshiva bochurim go to work at some point. so they should lose their kedusha and marry a non-tznius girl??? im sorry if im being so blunt but…..come on!! its a nebach to have non tznius girls in klal yisrael and its something everyone has a chiyuv to work on. dont make it worse.
the key is tefillah keep davening to hashem to send you your shidduch. also dont say anything negative for a month no complaining…. always have a smile on your face.
i have watched lapband surgeries being performed so i do know a little about them… and know that the truth is that the person getting the surgery has to realize that this isnt one of those surgeries that when its done you dont need to really worry about it anymore. its a partnership between you and the surgery. a person should first try to diet and exercise before getting the and should first ask his/her doctor if they should get it as this surgery isnt for everyone. if the surgery is recommended to you, you should approach it very carefully realizing that it has to be a commitment for the future to regularly exercise and watch what you eat. you should also realize that post surgery their are limited things you are allowed to eat for a while you should look into that. but hatzlacha rabbah in whatever you do!!!!
it annoys me a lot when people say that if smoking is assur then how do all the gedolim smoke in e”y and all over….because first off not all of them smoke. but for the ones that do… that doesnt mean it is mutar for people to start unfortunately when they started smoking way back in the 1900’s they didnt think it was in the least bad for a person, in fact, just the opposite! unfortunately, again, smoking is addicting which means (for those who dont know) when the body doesnt get the substance it is addicted to, it feels weak and unable to go on. it becomes as if without that substance it will die. it basically becomes like a life support. so it is not simple at all to quit. and it takes a lot of strength and time to do so. so just because these gedolim smoke (or did smoke) does not mean it is mutar.
