This topic is great. I’m very into saying thank you to EVERYONE (even my best friend) doesn’t matter who, I say thank you to everyone and anyone for whatever they do. Once one of my friends asked me “why do u ALWAYS say thank you??” As if I was crazy. I was like “what’s wrong with saying thank you???”
I absolutely HATE when people aren’t friendly to waiters. When I’m on a date and the guy tells the waiter something instead of asking (ex. Get me 2 cups, instead of saying can I please have 2 cups) makes me cringe!!!!!

Ambush: thanks!! I started it a few months ago when a young father in my community passed away suddenly and I was very very upset about it and I was thinking how lucky I am: my parents, family….. I have so many things to be thankful for so I started writing it down, first of all, for my self, to appreciate what I have but also to show Hashem that I’m so thankful for what He gives me…

Before going to bed I write a page of thank You Hashem for… In my thank You Hashem notebook and when I think of all the things to write in it it makes me feel so good seeing how much good Hashem has blessed me with!!

Cherrybim: I really meant when people don’t answer texts…. But yes its annoying when people don’t answer the phone. Its annoying to me because I usually never call people, I text them. (For good reasons) and when I do call someone because its urgent its VERY annoying when they don’t answer!

Ames: oh I don’t get the mishpacha but I want to read it!!! I love the women of our community. So amazing. Almost everyday in the summer there’s bake sales/dinners/breakfasts/chinese auctions for all organizations. Its amazing. I’m soo proud to be apart of it

I just got home I would love to go to sleep but I have so many things to do before I go to bed every night: brush my teeth, wash my face, put on pjs, read one lesson a day book, write a page in my thank You Hashem book, pick out what I’m wearing to work the next day, say shema… Its a looong process to go to bed for me!!

Thursday: spanach and mijredeh (rice with lentels)
Friday: shabbat, so meat
Mosei shabbat: bagels, grilled cheese (whatever u normaly have)
Sunday: go for pizza
Monday: baked ziti and potato borekas
Tuesday: spaghetti with sauce
Wednesday: kuseh (its squash with cheese and fried onions and stuff. Can’t really explain it but its good) with koos koos
Thursday: macaroni and cheese and baked potatos with cheese and broccoli.
Friday: shabbat……..
Mosei shabbat:……
So that was easy!! I just came up with dinners on the spot!!

Down2earth: this happens every year in lakewood. Last year the school started a week late because there was so many girls who didn’t know what school they were going to. So don’t worry. She’ll get in eventually somewhere. Just keep on calling them.
