Doctors in Tel Hashomer Hospital on Wednesday 21 Tammuz 5772 reported a worrisome turn in the condition of the Shomrei Emunim Rebbe Shlita. It appears a systemic infection has been detected.

The rebbe has been hospitalized since Shavuos, when he was brought back after being stricken with cardiac arrest. He was moved from Jerusalem�s Bikur Cholim Hospital to Tel Hashomer for rehab after his condition stabilized.

The tzibur is urged to be mispallel on the rebbe�s behalf. Tefilos are recited in all mosdos affiliated with the chassidus. Please daven for Avrohom Chaim ben Sima b�soch sh�ar cholei yisroel.
