The lifeless body of 30-year-old avreich Rav Yaakov Glasner z”l was found in Elad on Monday morning, 11 Tammuz 5772. The niftar was a resident of Yehuda HaNasi Street. It appears that on Sunday he complained of a bad headache and not feeling well but he was not thinking in terms of something serious and continued with his daily routine.

On Monday morning his wife realized he was still asleep and she went to see what was wrong. She tried to waken him but there was no response. She phoned Magen David Adom. The first arriving unit found the avreich in cardiac arrest and CPR was implemented. Despite advanced life support resuscitation efforts his spontaneous pulse never returned.

The niftar is survived by a wife and small children. The levaya began at 13:30 and kvura was in the Segula Beis HaChaim.
