California certified its presidential election Friday and appointed 55 electors pledged to vote for Democrat Joe Biden, officially handing him the Electoral College majority needed to win the White House.
Secretary of State Alex Padilla’s formal approval of Biden’s win in the state brought his tally of pledged electors so far to 279, according to a tally by The Associated Press. That’s just over the 270 threshold for victory.
The electors named Friday will meet Dec. 14, along with counterparts in each state, to formally vote for the next president. Most states have laws binding their electors to the winner of the popular vote in their state, measures that were upheld by a Supreme Court decision this year. There have been no suggestions that any of Biden’s pledged electors would contemplate not voting for him.

President Trump has two avenues to the Presidency for 4 more years.
One is to convince State Legislatures in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona that the tally in their states is not at all accurate and it is impossible to know for sure what the real count is. Therefore, the State Legislatures should decide for the people in their state, as the Constitution lays out in case of doubt, who should be President. Since these five states have Republican Legislatures, it is likely that they will send Electors for Trump and Pence.
The other possibility is that he will take the case of these swing states to SCOTUS. None other than Prof. Dershowitz has said that he has a great constitutional case. Perhaps SCOTUS will rule 5-4 or 6-3 that Pennsylvania, Georgia and Michigan’s elections should be voided. In that case neither candidate will have 270+. In such an eventuality, the House in Washington votes for President and the Senate for VP. Since each state gets only one vote, and the Republicans have more states in the house than the Dems, Trump will be voted in for President. If the Senate remains Repub, Pence will get in as well.

How about reading up the facts and testimonies on this election and trying to put your hate on the side and judge this as an honest outsider. Does everything make perfect sense to you? If it was your business and money on the line would you also judge this the same way?
