Police Commissioner Ray Kelly isn�t running for mayor, his biggest booster said yesterday.

Former Staten Island Borough President Guy Molinari emerged from a luncheon with Kelly saying it�s time to look for another candidate to fill the Republican mayoral slot in 2013.

�He is not going to run,� Molinari told the Staten Island Advance. �It is not something he is thinking about. It is not on his drawing board.�

Molinari has been touting Kelly as the best hope of retaining GOP control of City Hall when Mayor Bloomberg leaves office.
