THE YWN LIVE BLOG WILL BE UPDATING IN LIVE TIME. THIS IS A WHAT OCCCURED JUST ON MOTZEI SHABBOS AS OF 4:30AM IL / 9:30 ET: Sirens blared in northern Israel at about 11:15 p.m. on Motzei Shabbos after Iran fired another heavy missile barrage at Israel.
A missile scored a direct hit on a multi-story house in Tamra, an Arab city in the western Galil. Five members of one Arab family were killed. About 14 people were injured.
At around 3:00AM IL, missiles struck Bat Yam and Rechovot killing 6 people. The victims include a woman around 60, a man around 70, a woman around 55, a boy around 10, a girl around 8, and a teenage boy around 18. There are reportedly still 18 people unaccounted for. Search and rescue operations continue. There are over 100 injured – including 4 in serious condition, 7 moderate, and 89 mild.
In another strike in the Shefla region, MDA teams treated 2 in serious condition, 12 moderate, and 23 mild. A total of 37 injured.
