Boruch Dayan Emmes…

  1. Baruch Dayan Emes.We most certainly will miss him. He built Silver Spring basically from scratch. He was a towering Torah Scholar but also one of the nicest and most approachable Gedolim of our times. What this world has lost, the Yeshiva Shel Malah has gained. May we see Moshiach very, very soon.

  2. Baruch Dayan haEmet. Rabbi Anemer’s students are rabbis and leaders in communities all over the world. Although he left no written works, he was a tremendous scholar and a great posek. He will be greatly missed.

  3. HaRav Anemer Z”tl was a tremendous Tzaddik and Anav and very much loved by the Silver Spring community and beyond. I was in Yeshiva of Greater Washington years ago and I Remember always being uplifted just by seeing him there in the hallways…Baruch Dayan HaEmes.

  4. The body is leaving for Israel this evening on a Continental flight from Newark. Burial will be at Har Manuchos in Yerushalim on Friday afternoon.

  5. The family will be sitting at the Rabbi’s home in Silver Spring through Wednesday morning. Morning minyans will be at 7:30 am, and mincha will be at 7:30 pm. I’m reluctant to post the address online. E-mail the shul at office@yise.org for the address.
