Report: Times Square Suspect ‘Singing Like A Bird’

The Times Square terror suspect has yet to appear in court. Faisal Shahzad’s arraignment was postponed while investigators gather evidence against him.

In his first 24 hours in custody, Faisal Shahzad is said to be singing like a bird, providing all kinds of useful information to law enforcement officials in their global search for accomplices. And for the first time, we’re also learning that the 30-year-old naturalized American was caught on camera in Times Square Saturday night.

“We have him on film on Schubert alley so far,” Commissioner Ray Kelly said.

When the married father of two finally appears in federal court, he’ll face a slew of charges for allegedly planting the explosive-laden SUV in Times Square.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder listed them: “an act of terrorism transcending national borders, attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction, use of a destructive device during the commission of another crime, as well as assorted explosive charges.”
