Search Ends: Missing Yeshiva Bochur Has Been Found

Bichasdei Hashem, a search for a missing Yeshiva Bochur that has been ongoing since June 15th, has ended on Wednesday morning.

In a story which was first published by YWN, we reported that a search had been launched for Micha Hausman, a 28-year-old Yeshiva Bochur from Switzerland, who had gone missing in the Five Towns.

While many had forgotten about him, one keen-eyed Hatzolah member hadn’t. Sources tell YWN that the Hatzolah member was eating pizza at the JII Pizza store in Manhattan this morning, when a person fitting the description of the missing walked in. He looked hungry, and disoriented. The Hatzolah member quickly matched up his description with a photo that YWN has disseminated, and made the necessary notifications. The Achiezer Organization in the Five Towns made the positive ID on him, and he wan taken by Hatzolah to an appropriate facility, where he will receive the necessary treatment.

Community activists would like to thank everyone who assisted in the search the past few weeks.

Please be advised that hat no further information is being released, and the family requests that their privacy be respected.

And yet, you still haven’t updated the original story to reflect the truth. In fact, you continue to link to it. YWN, which was once a source of true, non-loshon-hora news has now started to turn into the same, sensationalist entertainment, self-proclaimed “news” source that everyone else is.

  3. B’H’ He is safe. Kudos to the Hatzolah member who recognized him. Please, everyone, just be thankful he is safe and don’t start with all the questions.

  4. This Hatzolah member should be given a reward not monetary
but for good citizenship or such. HATZOLAH KEEP UP THE GREAT GREAT WORKS
