Two Knife Attacks Prevented At The Machpelah By Border Police

B’chasdei Hashem, the alertness of border police near the Machpelah in Hebron prevented a stabbing attack at the holy site on Sunday, 8 Kislev. A 17-year-old terrorist aroused suspicions of the police on duty.

The instructed him to stop for inspection and found the knife seen in the accompanying photo. He was trying to bring the knife inside past the metal detectors, inside the complex. Before the knife was detected, he tried placing it under his shirt behind him to hide it from border police, but it was found, confiscated and he was arrested.
