Gavaad Darchei Torah HaGaon HaRav Usher Weiss Shlita on Monday night the eve of 18 Cheshvan 5774 signed a letter endorsing Moshe Leon�s candidacy in the Jerusalem mayoral race.
The rav called on followers to vote for Leon in the mayoral race and for Gimmel in the city council race.
Rav Weiss� support is a breath of fresh air as Leon failed to obtain the endorsement of a number of large chassidic courts in the city, including Belz and Gur.
