Thousands of people took part in the central yahrzeit (hilula) event for HaGaon HaRav Matzliach Mazuz ZT”L that was sponsored by Yeshivat Kisei Rachamim in the Tel Aviv Ganei HaTa’arucha Convention Center on Tuesday night, the eve of 18 Teves.

Leading the event was Rosh Yeshivat Kisei Rachamim HaGaon HaRav Meir Mazuz Shlita. Among the notables present was Eli Yishai, who heads the Yachad party that is backed by Rav Mazuz. Also present was HaGaon Rav Refael Cohen, Rosh Mosdos Yated HaTeshuvah, HaGaon Rav Pinchas Cohen, Rav of Netivot and HaGaon Rav Yosef Struck.

Rav Mazuz’s tallis was sold at the event, bringing in an impressive NIS 101,000. Another participant paid NIS 60,000 for a visit by Rav Mazuz to his home.
