10 Indictments in ‘Hate Chasanah’ Investigation

dum1Authorities report that ten criminal indictments will be handed down against participants of the so-called ‘hate chasenah’ in which persons are seen dancing with weapons, as well as photos of victims of the Duma arson attack that claimed the lives of a number of members of the Darawshe family, with a knife through their photos.

The investigation was conducted by the Shai police district’s Nationalistic Crimes Unit, and it is expected to wind down in the coming days.

The wedding took place during the media frenzy surrounding the Duma attack, which investigators believed was carried out by Jewish extremists. Arrests have been made in this case too but attorneys for defendants insist the ISA (Israel Security Agency – Shin Bet) extracted confessions from suspects by using illegal and unacceptable means of torture.

The findings of police investigators will be turned over to the state prosecutor to move ahead with indictments. Some of those expected to be indicted are minors.

  1. Dear Moishe,
Maybe since you’re InGolus, you shouldn’t stick your nose into business 6000 miles away.
More importantly, your statement is unclear. But mimah nafshach: If it is against Israel, it’s exactly the State of Israel which is bringing this person- who celebrated death which is an anti-Torah, Muslim-like ideal- to trial.
If it’s against this person, this person is not the State. See above.
And most importantly, don’t compare our brothers to Nazis. It’s a disgrace to the Six Million, Hy”d.

  2. Dear justajew6:
You have no idea if i live 6000 or 100 miles away from Israel. It does not matter, you and people you support are in bigger golus even within the borders of the State of “Israel”. It looks like it is OK with you to “compare our brothers” to Muslims? And if you care about Torah values you would know that being compassionate to the cruel will make you cruel to contaminate. We can see results of this every day on Israeli streets.
