Cleared for publication: In a joint operation involving Israel Police and the Shin Bet, two eastern Jerusalem residents were arrested, residents of Kfar Aqav and A-Ram, and interrogated for allegedly passing information pertaining to telecommunications companies� security databases which they had access to by virtue of their work. The information was given to PA (Palestinian Authority) security agents.

One works for a telecommunications company and the second into marketing and the owner of a cellular products business. They are facing suspicions of contacting enemy agents, breach of trust and extortion. Their remands were extended a number of times. No additional information is released at this time.
