Emergency personnel were called to the of a shooting incident which occurred in the Petach Tikvah shuk on Baron Hirsh Street on Thursday afternoon. It was reported that at least five victims wounded – none serious.
At least two were hit by gunfire in their lower extremities.
United Hatzalah EMTs and paramedics treated a male stabbing victim on Berkowitz Street, as well as a woman who was shot in her lower body on Baron Hirsch Street.
Seemingly the perpetrator escaped to the nearby�Hovei�Tzion street before injuring other people there. So far EMS personnel have treated four people.
The shooter is reportedly in custody.
