Weiner Wants Obama To Hit ‘Reset Button’

New York, NY – Today, in response to Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s meeting with President Barack Obama, Rep. Anthony Weiner (D – Queens & Brooklyn) released the following statement:

“While I’m pleased to see President Obama meeting with Prime Minister Netanyahu, this meeting needs to be used for much more than just a photo opportunity. It’s time to hit the reset button.”

“Our alliance with Israel at this point is one of our greatest assets in the Mid-East region, and there is no doubt that it’s had some rocky patches recently. We should do all we can to restore it.”

  1. i personally take everything that Rep. Anthony Weiner (D – Queens & Brooklyn) says with a grain of salt . he is all talk but no fluff , just like his mentor Chuck Schumer.

  2. You mean and “all fluff” not “no fluff.” Regardless, he has been a good friend to Yehivos throughout his political career.

  3. #3 I believe I can. He has, in the past, been very instrumental in securing funding for various programs increasing distributions from old programs and creating new ones. Discretionary funds also found their way to Yeshivos and Bais Yaakovs.
