4:20PM EST: A Severe Thunderstorm Warning is in effect for Bergen, Essex, and Passaic counties in New Jersey until 4:45 p.m. At 4:06 p.m., the National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing quarter size hail, and damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. This storm was located near Fairfield, or near Lincoln Park, and moving northeast at 15 mph.
