1:00PM EST: Catsklills Hatzolah is on the scene of a pedestrian struck in the Town of Fallsburg on Route 42 near the bank.

The patient has serious injuries, and a medevac has been requested by Hatzolah Paramedics to airlift the patient to a trauma center.

The landing zone will be at the Fallsburg High School.
