According to Arutz 7, the IDF is focusing on operations to uncover tunnels which lead from Gaza to Israel. The IDF has reason to believe that terrorists may use the tunnels to try and launch a terror attack against Israel in order to derail the Annapolis summit. Bulldozers and other tools are being used to try and locate the tunnels.
No tunnels have been uncovered in recent days, a military source told Ynet, but “a tunnel attack could end quite badly, and we are doing everything possible to prevent that.”
Top IDF brass have admitted in recent months that a number of the tunnels dug from Gaza were already nearing completion upon their discovery. One officer even estimated that as many as a dozen tunnels where currently being dug while some were likely ready to be used.

maybe the IDF can smash the tunnel while the arabs are in middle of working in them! Oh and then the UN will cry out that it is a humanitarian crisis!
Anything and everything can derail these ‘piece’ talks, Condi and William are looking for big feather in their caps but bringing quiet to the Middle East (the destruction of Israel is needed to appease the MODERATE Arabs and get them to support an Iranian invasions,,,,nu, nu, some Jewish blood will be spilled on the way…)
The enemy is screaming that they’ll continue to terrorize, but Olmert will be delighted to get his Nobel Peace prize in honor of his getting a woirthless signautre of an even more worthless teatry that they evidently have no intention of honoring.
