Monday Morning News Briefs from Eretz Yisrael


Social justice protestors in Yerushalayim were prevented from blocking the light rail at Kikar Tzion on Sunday as police moved in and dispersed the approximately 200 people.

** DM Barak reiterates that moving IDF bases from the central area to the Negev will provide significant opportunity towards developing the Negev.

** 144 Sudanese illegal aliens heading home after volunteering to leave. They receive the flight home and €1,000 as part of the deal.

** Four Molotov cocktails were hurled at an IDF position in Gush Etzion, near el-Hader. There were no injuries.
