Officials in the Arab Ra’am-Ta’al Party feel a recount is in order for 169 polling stations in 21 Arab sector municipalities due to irregularities involving thousands of votes.
Central Election Committee Chairman Justice Elyakim Rubinstein agreed to accept the request, and committee officials will conduct a recount of the polling stations in question in the presence of Ra’am-Ta’al representatives. The list of the polling stations in question was submitted to Rubinstein by party officials on Monday morning 17 Shevat 5773.

If their count is the same or less the Arab party should pay the costs of the recount!
