Measles Alert for Egged Bus Passengers

eged.jpgMinistry of Health officials on Monday morning issued an alert to the public calling upon passengers on board an Egged 497 bus from Ramat Beit Shemesh to Bnei Brak this past Friday (March 14th) to report to a ministry clinic or office.

Officials reported that a small child on the bus was infected with the measles, fearing other passengers may as a result have contracted the illness.

This alert comes on the heels of last weeks alert issued by the Ministry of Health, regarding a passenger with measles who traveled on an El Al flight from NYC to Tel Aviv [reported HERE on YWN].
