WATCH: John Bolton Says ‘Palestine’ is Not a State, Angers WH Reporter

During the White House press briefing on Wednesday, United States National Security Adviser John Bolton said the US will withdraw from “Optional Protocol to the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations” due to a case brought by “the so-called state of Palestine” challenging the US move of embassy to Jerusalem.

Bolton reiterated a uniform US view across Democratic and Republican administrations that Palestine “is not a state” as it lacks effective control over defined territory and other essential criteria. It could become a state, but that requires diplomatic negotiations with Israel and others.

  1. Bolton should check with his nominal boss, the president, who said he prefers a two-state settlement of the Israeli-Arab dispute.

A bit of honesty here. Palestine is not a state, and Bolton is correct, even if that displeases you. If there would be a two-state solution, it can become one. It would need a real government and borders. Meanwhile, as long as these subhuman savages will not stop their dedication to terror, there will be no solution, not one, two, or three states. So I prefer to listen to voices that are rational, and Bolton is perfectly accurate. So far, the only times that terror diminished was when the Israeli military hammered them. Sadly, the world pressure, including United States, worst under Obama y”sh, stopped them from a total crushing, which might have actually worked. As was, it only allowed them the respite to re-arm. These savages cannot self-govern, and history proves that clearly.
