Due to a �security incident� along the Gaza border, Route 446 near the Natuf Quarry on Thursday morning, 3 Marcheshvan, the road was closed to civilian vehicles.

Four burning tires were placed in the roadway, with a LP gas cylinder inside one of them in the hope it would explode from the heat and pressure. This led to a significant vehicular backup in the area. B�chasdei Hashem the intended bomb did not lead to any fatalities or injuries.

Baruch Hashem the event was addressed and the �all clear� was given without any injuries resulting from the incident. Farmers report their work in the fields was not affected by the security incident.
