THE SAR HATORAH WARNS: If You Vote For Non-Frum Party, You Will Have Children Like That! [WATCH THE VIDEO]

The Gadol Hador, HaGaon HaRav Chaim Kanievsky gave a shocking warning to those who are thinking of voting for a non-Frum party in the upcoming elections, set for Tuesday April 9.

The question was asked “There are people that want to vote for parties that are not Shomrei Torah and Mitzvos. What can the Rov say to these people?”

Rav Chaim, who usually answers questions in a split-second, was quiet for nearly 15 seconds, before answering, “they will have children like that (who are not Shomrei Torah & Mitzvos).

Just yesterday, YWN reported that the Likud Party was attempting to hold their first-ever election rally in Bnei Brak. It had first been planned for the Tamir Hall in Yerushalayim, but was cancelled.

The Likud campaigning within the Chareidi sector is taking place under the radar according to Kikar News, in order not to arouse the anger of the chareidi parties.

The Likud estimates that close to 30,000 chareidim have voted for the Likud, and even before the current election date has been set, Prime Minister Netanyahu has set a goal of winning two seats from chareidi votes.

The warning from Rav Chaim will most definitely be a tremendous deterrent to those thinking about voting for irreligious parties.

  1. So true. Not that the Sar HaTorah shlit”a needs my haskama.

What should be added is that those who vote for the liberals/Democrats/left in the U.S., the same thing applies to them as what the Sar HaTorah said regarding in Eretz Yisroel.

  2. How do you know to put in parentheses “(who are not Shomrei Torah & Mitzvos)”? Maybe he simply meant “(who vote for parties that are not Shomrei Torah & Mitzvos)?”

  3. UJM – So I assume you have no problem with your children turning out like the lying, cheating, egotistical adulterer that you apparently voted for.

In any case, Reb Chaim was talking about parties that are run by shomrei torah umitzvos and receive guidance from gedolei hatorah which quite obviously has no parallel in American politics.

Quite to the contrary it is those who blindly assume that rightwing ideology is synonymous with Torah true values who ending voting for people like Bibi Netanyahu and his ilk,

  4. Who is this advertisement meant for?
People in the camp that would worry about a statement like that from Rav Chaim shlita aren’t supposed to have TVs, internet, or smartphones.

  5. so now what will the liberal “frum” therapists say about rav chayim’s words? is it verbal abuse?
BTW will a child who hears these words need therapy?
