3-Month-Old from Brachfeld Hospitalized In Sheba ICU


A 3-month-old boy from a family residing in the Brechfeld area of Modi’in Illit is in an intensive care unit in Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer Hospital in Tel Aviv. The infant has an aggressive infection.

His name for tefilos is Michael ben Esther for a refuah shleima bsoch sha’ar cholei yisrael.

The three-month-old was admitted to the intensive care unit after it was determined he was stricken with an aggressive infection. His parents on Shabbos, at seudas shlishis time, realized he was ‘changing colors’.

The parents immediately ran with him to the medical emergency clinic on Yehuda HaNasi Street, and from there he was sent to a Terem emergency room and they ordered an ambulance. At Shilat Junction, the infant was transferred from an EMT ambulance to paramedics, who transported him to Mayanei HaYeshua Hospital in Bnei Brak.

From there, the child was transported to Sheba Medical Center.

On Monday night, B’chasdei Hashem, it was reported that his condition improved but he remains in an ICU.
