Police during the night received a call for a 60-year-old man who was officially designated as ‘missing’ in the Issawiya area of the capital. The son of a resident of the community, his 60-year-old father, was reported to have disappeared during the afternoon hours. It was explained to police the father was missing since the afternoon hours.

Police began searching the Arab neighborhood for the missing man and were targeted by rocks during the effort. Police used necessary means to protect themselves and distance the attackers as the searched for the man, whom they found and returned to his home without harm.

B’chasdei Hashem there are no reports of officers being injured in the rock attacks.
