As is the annual custom, Chabad shluchim arrived in the President’s Resident to present President Shimon Peres with four minim ahead of Sukkos. Bringing the items to the president were Rav Gershon Ochana and Rav Binyamin Lifshitz. They reviewed some basic halachos with the president and provided a demonstration just how one holds and shakes one’s lulav.
