Memorial for Bay Ayin Terror Victim

A memorial is being held in the Gush Etzion community of Bat Ayin, marking a year since an Arab terrorist wielding an axe murdered 13-year-old Shlomo Nativ HY”D.

The Nativ family has lived in Bat Ayin for 20 years and was among the founders of the community. Shlomo was the eighth in a family of nine children. A student at the local Talmud Torah, a neighbor described him as a “sweet, pure, innocent child.” He helped care for the family’s sheep, goats and chickens, feeding them and milking them.

Shlomo Nativ was buried in the Kfar Etzion cemetery. He is survived by his parents, Chaim and Revital, and eight siblings.
