Two known �Israel supporters� in Canada�s Carlton University, near Ottawa, were attacked by Muslims, foreign media agencies report.

Nicky Bergamini, 22, and Mark Klibanov, 20, were targeted by anti-Israel elements, threatened with a machete and the subject of verbal abuse. As they left a bar late at night earlier in the week, ten men speaking English and Arabic surrounded them and began cursing them, calling them �Jew� and �Zionist�.

The two were also assaulted, reporting they are happy they escaped alive. Ironically, Bergamani reports he is not Jewish, but an ardent supporter of the Jewish state.
