It is now learned that police, undercover and uniformed, were deployed in Emanuel to follow the Emanuel parents in an effort to make certain the people sent to prison were the parents on the court’s list, not impostors filling in for them. Police actually visited homes, to become acquainted with the ‘real’ parents and took other actions, following them in the community, all towards making certain that the parents who turned themselves over to police on Thursday evening were indeed the parents appearing on the High Court of Justice list of those compelled to serve a two-week prison term for contempt of court.

Wouldn’t one have to show identification before being incarcerated?

Duh! Isn’t that what police are for – to prevent people breaking the law?
And since when are Jewish people any better (or worse, come to that) than any other group of human beings?
I don’t agree with Emanuel Parents position and don’t agree with the Bagatz decision, both positions are based on racism.
The police should stop wasting their time and tax payer money following Charadim and destroying home in Yehudah and Shomron.
They should be putting their energy in making Netanya, Lod, Ramle, South Tel Aviv and … safe from the Mob, drugs gangs, prostitution and human trafficking.
They should be doing something about the rampant Arabs home invasion and car thefts around the country.
