What kind of a ‘heatwave’ is this?

In New York every summer routinly it gets t be in the mid to upper 90’s and in some years a day or a few over 100.

In the Valley in Califiornia I used to be walking home from public school (in the last few weeks before summer vacation) in 106 or more, on some days.

  2. You cant understand it unless you live here. There is something about the dry heat that makes it feel much hotter. Additionally, a heat wave is when it doesn’t even get cooler at night so there is little relief.
