At least 13 people were killed after a massive blaze swept through multiple high-rise residential buildings in a housing complex in Hong Kong’s Tai Po district.

Authorities say at least 15 others were injured in the fire.

Emergency teams evacuated hundreds of residents from the complex as flames spread along the exterior scaffolding.
