🚨 UPDATE: The IDF reports that the Red Cross has informed the military that it has retrieved a casket — believed to contain the body of a slain Israeli hostage — from Hamas in northern Gaza.

According to the IDF, the Red Cross is currently transporting the casket to Israeli forces inside the Gaza Strip. Upon arrival, the military will hold a brief ceremony led by an IDF rabbi before the body is transferred for formal identification.
