As of Motzei Shabbos, forecasts showed at least a foot of snow is expected for the five boroughs, along with central Jersey and Nassau County on Long Island. More is certainly in the cards.

Some farther east on Long Island and down the Jersey Shore could see well more. Maybe even two feet. Totals have significantly shifted for areas north and west, with parts most of Hudson Valley, North Jersey and Connecticut now joining NYC in the 12- to 18-inch range.
