A URO VAMTAC military vehicle was destroyed during a training exercise involving Spain’s BRIPAC airborne brigade after becoming detached during an airdrop because of a rigging failure.

The vehicle plunged from about 300 meters and was completely wrecked on impact, with the damage estimated at roughly €600,000.
