PROTEST ENDS: Organizers have announced the conclusion of the first phase of the nationwide chareidi vehicle protest after more than four hours, with convoys now returning to their home cities.

The organizing committee said the decision was made out of consideration for the public, so as not to delay families, simchos, or those needing to travel. Organizers claimed nearly 10,000 vehicles participated, calling the turnout an unprecedented show of support against the persecution of Bnei Torah.

They demanded the immediate release of detained yeshiva bochurim, an end to arrests, and the cancellation of sanctions against bnei yeshiva and avreichim, warning that additional protest actions may follow under the guidance of Gedolei Yisroel if their demands are not addressed.
