For the first time since the signing of the U.S.-Iran memorandum of understanding, and amid growing American pressure regarding an IDF withdrawal from Lebanon, U.S. Central Command Commander Adm. Brad Cooper is expected to arrive in Israel on Thursday for meetings with senior Israeli defense officials.
