Major renovations are almost underway at the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets.

The Simon Property Group recently announced that expansion plans will include 60,000-square feet, which will bring the total number of stores to 240. The shopping center’s food court will also be relocated to the main tower building.

A new welcome center is also expected.

Project officials say construction will bring about 300 to 500 new jobs.
