Garlic Bread Crackers

This recipe was given to me by my good friend, Joleen.  Be careful though.  These are very addictive and it’s hard to stop eating them!  They are a nice change from garlic bread with an Italian meal.  But don’t be limited; you can eat them any time.

1 large sour dough baguette, thinly sliced

Topping: ½ cup olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

2 rounded teaspoons chopped garlic

Mix topping ingredients together and brush on both sides of bread. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place bread on baking sheet and bake until crispy- about 8 to 10 minutes.  Cool and store in Ziploc bags.
