Oven-Fried Flounder


Another perfect recipe for the nine days.

2 pounds flounder fillets (thawed if initially frozen)

2/3 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon chili powder

1-1/2 cups crushed corn chips

¼ cup butter, melted

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Whisk together sour cream, lemon juice and chili powder.  Place crushed corn chips in a shallow plate.  Dip fish in sour cream mixture and then in corn chips.  Place on greased baking sheet with sides.  Drizzle butter over fish.  Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
