I would like to point out the following corrections to this posting.
1) Rabbi Miller is not the Av Bais Din of Toronto.
2 ) Rabbi Miller does not have a Kehillah in Toronto, he is one of the Roshei Kolel of the Kollel Avreichim ( Lakewood Kollel ).
does that mean he did not go to eretz yisroel for his grandchild’s chasunah?!

To SH, yes,He is considered the final Posek on almost anything in Toronto. Everybody runs to him, and yes he has a Kehillah. His title may be Rosh Kollel, but he does alot more then that. He built the Toronto Eruv, the Belle Ewart Mikvah, says where one can eat etc.
