Arutz 7 is reporting that the third incident of intentional desecration of Tshmishey Kedusha by Arabs and left-wing activists took place in Chevron over Shabbos.
Sunday morning, resident discovered dozens of pages of Tehillim that had been torn apart and scattered on the road near the Sephardic Bais Hakvaros. The area has been targeted by left-wing groups and is the site of frequent provocations.
Last week, the Kevarim of Yishai and Rus were vandalized. (Reported HERE)
Earlier this month, Kevarim in the same Bais Hakvaros that the torn Tehillim were found near were desecrated, with gravestones strewn about and paint spilled on some of them.
Chevron’s Jewish community is gravely concerned at the police negligence in dealing with such criminal acts of violence and desecration of Jewish holy sites. Especially noticeable is the disparity between the police action against Jews and their lack of response at Arab crime.”
