“Mayor de Blasio wants us to give out summonses, OK? All right? I don’t know if you voted for him or not… I don’t live in the city… I wouldn’t have voted for him….because this is what he wants, he wants us to give out summonses,” the officer continues in the undated, 11-second clip.

It was not immediately clear where in the city the incident occurred.

An NYPD spokesman said the officer has been suspended, but wouldn’t say it was was with or without pay. The NYPD did not release the cop’s name.
