[PHOTOS AND VIDEO IN EXTENDED ARTICLE] A Sefer Torah was presented by executives of the World Jewish Congress to the IDF at the Ohel Yitzchak shul in the Old City and then accompanied amidst much pomp and ceremony to the Kosel. The former president of Peru was present at the event, which was part of the 75th year convention of the WJC in Jerusalem.
