The main suspect in the assault against HaPeles newspaper editor Nati Grossman has been remanded for a third time. The suspect was brought before a Jerusalem court again on Sunday, 17 Teves 5773. The court rejected the defense counsel�s argument that it is unreasonable to hold his client without bail for so long.
The court ordered the extension of his remand until Tuesday, 19 Teves at 11:00am, at which time the court will once again reevaluate the case based on police evidence.
